These terms govern your use of the ShareMyWine website and, once launched, the ShareMyWine mobile app and booking platform, operated by Beyond The Glass Pte Ltd. (Singapore). This is a placeholder version published ahead of ShareMyWine's public launch and will be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed version before booking functionality goes live.
1. Who can use ShareMyWine
ShareMyWine relates to alcoholic beverages and wine experiences. You must have reached the legal drinking age in your country of residence to use our services.

At this stage, ShareMyWine is a pre-launch informational website only. No bookings, payments, or accounts can be created here. Content describing upcoming features is illustrative and may change before launch.
3. Intellectual property
The ShareMyWine name, logo, and site content are the property of Beyond The Glass Pte Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Disclaimer
This site is provided "as is" during our pre-launch phase, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
