ShareMyWine is operated by Beyond The Glass Pte Ltd. (Singapore). This page describes, in outline, how we handle information in connection with our website and mobile app while ShareMyWine is in development. It will be replaced with a complete, legally reviewed policy before public launch.
1. Information we collect
This coming-soon site does not collect personal information directly — there is no sign-up form here. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be recorded for security and analytics purposes. Once the ShareMyWine app and booking platform launch, this policy will be expanded to cover account information, booking and payment data, and app usage data.
2. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies/local storage for essential site functionality (such as remembering your age-verification and theme preference). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
3. Age restriction
ShareMyWine concerns alcoholic beverages and related experiences. Our services are intended only for individuals who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence.
4. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection law (including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and, for EU visitors, the GDPR) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. As this site does not yet collect personal data, there is currently nothing to request — this section will be completed with full request procedures before launch.
